Sister Elsie
Watson has been a member of The Sanctuary for more than 60 years. She has been
faithful and has served in the Nurses Ministry, the Women’s Club, the Pastor’s
Aid and the Willing Workers Club. She sang with the Senior Choir and the
Faithful Few (a predecessor of the Colston Memorial Voices). This week Sis.
Watson will celebrate her 99th birthday. We are grateful for her faithful
service and want to celebrate her work which made it possible for us to stand in
the place we are in today.
